The truth is

The truth is that we can lie as much as we can. We can put and point out blame all of the things, all of the people, even of the universe or life itself for the problem we have to deal with, for the mistake we have to go through with, for the pain we have to feel, for the traumatic event of our life or for the dark and un-ending tunnel of black hole deep inside our chest that we have to deal and let those consuming our mind and our heart whose then become rotten and forgotten yet unforgiven because guess what? When we do that, it’s like we are also runnning in a treadmil of a never ending of loop.

We keep searching for distraction, diversion, and that position where we wanted to feel something else rather than our fucked up mind who keep telling us without seeing a clock of how suck we are, how unuseful, worthless, and bad we are for even just breathing. We keep telling down ourselves, doubting ourselves, hating, judging, comparing, and keep looking down on ourselves as if we’re not enough, never enough.

We also can keep believing the lie for convincing ourselves to be somene else, to have things to complete us, to buy stuff to satisfy us, to do things that we are not, do things to fit in, to feel powerful and to be accepted and let society put you in boxes. Avoiding to be special, to feel special, by avoiding to do you, to feel you because of putting those expectation holes of roles society puts you in.

But remember this, at the end of the day. You only have you. The happiness comes from you. The satisfy feelings comes from you. The secure, safe, and peace feelings comes within you. inside you. We can’t, ever even, control what other’s do to us, what other’s think of us, even maybe what this universe have already decided for us. But one thing that we can control is that how we respond to them, how we react to those.

I have always said to people near me that one of the great strenght is detachment, unlike we stay away from everything but how we let everything get close to us yet not let it consume us. Train the mind, train the feelings. Know who you are know who you want to be. What you need and what you want. Distraction, hiding, running away is never the answer. Respect yourself enough feel, respect yourself enough to be who you really are.

Express yourself, but remember the boundaries. Learn new things, breakthrough the walls of limitation. Believe yourself enough to not let others control you. Be dilligent, be lazy, be straight, be gay, be right, be wrong, be black, be white. Being the sunshine to someone doesn’t mean you can’t be somebody’s thunderstorm. Being someone’s tylenol doesn’t mean you can’t cause a pain. Learn who you are then you can see and leare who you actually really rwant in your life. Learn who you are, by then you will learn who you really need in your life. But most importantly, learn who you are so you can finally realize that yourself are really fucked up already. Haha bercanda. Learn who you are so you can breakthrough the pain, control the mind, and value everything you are. The good and the bad. The negative and the positive. The yin and the yang.
